When you enquire (through the website form, by email or by phone) you may provide your name, contact details (phone and email), vehicle details (type, make, model, year), the service you're interested in, and a description of the work or issue. You provide this voluntarily.

Some details help us respond usefully but aren't required. If you'd rather not use the form, you're welcome to call the workshop instead.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss the work, assessment or quoting.
• Arrange and carry out agreed work on your vehicle.
• Maintain relevant customer and job records for the work we do.

Access is limited to authorised business personnel. We also use service providers that support our website, email and customer management, where those tools are actually in use. Information is shared with them only to the extent needed to run those functions, and we don't sell or trade your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. We don't promise absolute security. We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as needed for the business and legal purposes it relates to.

Some service providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. Where that applies, we rely on the provider's arrangements. We don't guarantee a specific storage location.

If you prefer not to load third-party content, the workshop address is also shown in text on the same page.

This website does not use advertising pixels, marketing subscriptions or third-party tracking tools. Any cookies or analytics enabled in future will be described here.

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, the information you enter is sent to the Absolute Caravans & Motorhomes team so we can respond and discuss your project. We don't collect uploaded files through the form. You can read our Terms of Use.
